What is ECM?
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a Medi-Cal program that provides extra support for people with complex health or social needs. You’re paired with a dedicated care manager who helps coordinate your medical, behavioral, and community services, assists with appointments and resources, and acts as your main point of contact. The goal is to make your care easier, more connected, and more supportive—so you can focus on your health while we help manage the details.
