Those who need someone gentle, empathetic, and who can validate their feelings, whether they struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive behaviors, relationship issues, and others are welcome with no judgment. Those who may have goals they want to accomplish or who may need a place to feel safe and heard to take small, structured steps towards healing.

I take a tailored approach that is structured, and follows the client's pace. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy and utilize Attachment Theory to help clients better understand themselves and their foundation. I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral tools for the best outcomes.
