Life often invites us into seasons of change, times that can feel both heavy and transformative. When things start to feel overwhelming, therapy can become a space to slow down, make sense of what’s unfolding, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that need attention and care.

I work through a whole-person lens honoring emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual wellbeing. I recognize how stress can show up in the body, shape our relationships, and influence the stories we tell ourselves. Through a systemic perspective, I consider how family dynamics, cultural contexts, and life experiences shape the ways we relate, respond, and move through the world. My approach is collaborative and adaptable, integrating Narrative, Structural, and Experiential frameworks with psychoeducation. These approaches support slowing down, understanding patterns, and deepening your authentic connection to yourself and others.

Together, we’ll explore what balance and authenticity mean for you. My goal is to help you develop awareness, self-compassion, and skills to navigate life’s challenges with a stronger sense of clarity and grounding. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to be seen, supported, and met where we are.
