Life can come at you pretty hard sometimes. Even when it’s not, sometimes things just aren’t working the way you want them to. That is why taking that first step and reaching out to ask for help is one of the strongest and most powerful things you can do. Therapy has been transformative in my own life and I’m hoping it can help you too. My therapeutic approach starts with you. I believe you are your own best counselor, sometimes you just need help getting started or with where you might be stuck.
My therapy sessions are a space to heal, find support, and learn more about yourself, your relationships, and the dynamics and patterns that play out in your life. We’ll create a safe space and work together to discover what thoughts, feelings, and behaviors both serve you and may be holding you back.
You will be supported, challenged, and learn new ways of looking at yourself and others. Therapy is at its best when people feel heard and supported. Let’s work together to identify the roadblocks in your life and approach the here and now with clarity and confidence.
